 Brad
Brunswick was a member of "Code 3 Cover" from September 2002
to April 2003. Look for Brad as "Big Daddy Bruns" in
the Richmond, Virginia area clubs and coffee houses. Brad is
a professional musician who volunteered his time and talent, as lead
guitarist, to our performances at local public service events.
Thank you Brad and Good Luck!
Brad began his music career at 16, playing bass guitar and singing for
various bands including “Court Jester”, “Mirror, Mirror”, “The Screaming
Meemies” and argueably the world’s greatest frat-party band “Dirty Rush”.
In 1997, he decided to go solo as an acoustic guitarist/singer “Big Daddy
Bruns”.
He has released 2 CDs on the independent record label “Oxymoron Records”.
Brad produced, recorded, mixed, engineered and mastered both efforts as
well as playing all the instruments and vocals. In addition, he also
wrote all the music and lyrics for the 17 original songs contained within
the 2 CD’s.
He enjoys all music styles but caters more toward simple, up-beat three
chord rock-n-roll. Brad describes his music style as KISS vs. the
Rolling Stones in a celebrity deathmatch with Joey Ramone as the special
guest referee. Influences include (but not limited to…) Lennon/McCartney,
Jagger/Richards, Stanley/Simmons and Kurt Stemhagen of Richmond, VA. |
