She has been involved with music for most of her life, and began playing bass guitar approximately 10 years ago.  She played in a variety of bands in the Baltimore area prior to relocating to San Diego.  P.K. enjoys nearly all music styles, but loves rock the best.  Some of her favorite artists/groups are The Beatles/Paul McCartney/Wings, Cream, Crosby Stills and Nash, Led Zepplin, Fleetwood Mac, Allman Brothers Band, Heart, Stone Temple Pilots, U2, Collective Soul, Los Lobos, Sheryl Crow, and P.J. Harvey.  There are many more, but they're too numerous to list here.

Her favorite amusements (besides the music) are mountain biking (and not crashing), hiking, snuggling with her kittykat "Ragz", lazing on the couch watching videos, and, more than all else, spending time with her "honey", Thom.

PK plays a deep sapphire blue, 1991,  Fender  American P-Bass Plus ("Justine"), and a teal green, 2001, Fender American P-Bass Deluxe ("Esmeralda"), which she recently purchased at - where else - Guitar Trader, of course!....yes, she named her guitars..........  she names everything.  She plays her bass guitars through a Crate 160 watt, 1x15, combo amplifier, and sings through a Shure Beta-58 microphone.
